Both the contractor and contractor company agree to authorize NRS to perform third party processing authorization by executing a consent and authorization form. Separate accounts are established for each client to set up a true business to business processing unit between the contractor and the company.
Revenue and expenses are separated for the contractor and expenses are paid to agreed contractor vendors when funds are allocated and available for payment.
