Enrollment / New-Hire
NAPS developed an online paperless application with e-signature capability which streamlines the hiring process specifically for DOT requirements. The entire hiring package is online and can be completed by either by the employer or candidate. The application reduces the static entries which commonly occur with several overlapping forms. NAPS application reduces human error and the task of ensuring all the necessary information and signatures have been captured.
NAPS application will gather all the necessary reports, SS Trace, National Criminal Database, Terrorist Watch, Sex Offender, DOT PEV, MVR, CDLIS, PSP, DOT Pre-employment Drug Test.
Data Storage – all DOT forms + ordered forms from the various agencies will be backed and stored for employers convenience for audit purposes.

Third Party Processing Authorization
Both the contractor and contractor company agree to authorize NRS to perform third party processing authorization by executing a consent and authorization form. Separate accounts are established for each client to set up a true business to business processing unit between the contractor and the company.
Revenue and expenses are separated for the contractor and expenses are paid to agreed contractor vendors when funds are allocated and available for payment. Establishing this clear separation of accounting eliminates disputes and insulates the Contractor Company from direct control and possible allegations of wrongful settlement deductions.
Processing Settlements
Regardless of the employers accounting system, NRS provides employers with the ability to send files directly via MS Exel, Manually Online Entry or EDI upload. Methods of distribution include direct deposit, ACH, Debit Card or paper check.
Tracking and Monitoring Expiration Dates
NAPS application tracks data sensitive items such as annual MVR checks, TWIC. medical and driver license card expiration dates. Employers set the parameters of how many days and whom will be notified of these expiration dates. Notifications are sent by either / both email or text messaging.
